Down Pipe Parts
Down pipes carry exhaust gases from the turbocharger into the exhaust system and are exposed to extreme heat and pressure. Cracking, flex failure or gasket leaks increase back pressure and reduce turbo efficiency. Down pipe failures are common on Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines.
