Delivery Policy
At Truck and Trailer Components we prioritise getting your truck back on the road swiftly. Our aim is to minimise downtime and disruption by ensuring prompt delivery of all our products.
Please note that this Delivery Policy pertains to orders placed online through our website. Orders made via phone or email.
Delivery Charges and Timescales:
Orders placed before 4.30pm are typically dispatched on the same day, provided all items are in stock.
While we strive to meet dispatch and delivery dates, please treat them as estimates.
Orders placed on weekends or Public/Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day, with deliveries scheduled accordingly.
Ensure someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional carriage costs after two failed attempts.
Weight Calculations:
Shipment costs are based on the actual product weight or dimensional weight, whichever is higher. This may impact larger items like fuel tanks and seats.
At Truck and Trailer Components, we emphasise thorough checking of items upon delivery. Any damage must be noted and signed for with the carrier to process a damage claim.
We do not hold liability for loss or damage due to delivery delays beyond our control. Delays under such circumstances do not permit order cancellations.
