Diesel Particulate Filter Parts

Diesel Particulate Filters capture and store soot particles from exhaust gases and regenerate through controlled high-temperature burn-off cycles. Leading OE and OE-equivalent DPF systems are manufactured by REMA, Dinex and Emitec, and are widely fitted across Euro 5 and Euro 6 Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco platforms. Modern DPF operation is tightly integrated with AdBlue systems, dosing valves and 7th injectors, which raise exhaust temperatures during active regeneration. Failure within any part of this system can quickly result in excessive back-pressure, failed regenerations and engine derate.
