Coolant Tank Cap Parts

Coolant tank caps regulate system pressure within the engine cooling circuit, allowing excess pressure to vent safely while maintaining the correct boiling point. A failed or incorrect cap can cause coolant loss, overheating or hose failure. Cap faults are commonly overlooked during cooling system diagnostics on Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco vehicles.
