ABS Sensor Parts

ABS sensor parts monitor wheel speed and relay data to the ABS and EBS control units. Sensors may be passive or active depending on vehicle specification. ABS sensor failure is frequently caused by wiring damage, contamination or incorrect air gap and is a common fault on Volvo FH, DAF XF, Scania R-Series, Mercedes-Benz Actros, MAN TGX, Renault T-Range and Iveco S-Way trucks.
