Valvetrain Parts

The valvetrain controls air and exhaust gas flow into and out of the combustion chamber and synchronises valve timing with engine rotation. Wear in camshafts, rockers or valves can cause misfiring, power loss and severe engine damage. Valvetrain issues are common in high-mileage Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco engines.
