Viscous Fan Parts

Viscous fans regulate airflow through the radiator based on engine temperature, improving cooling efficiency and reducing parasitic drag. Failed viscous couplings can cause overheating or excessive fan noise. Viscous fan faults are common on Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco vehicles operating in stop-start or heavy-load conditions.
