AdBlue System Parts

AdBlue systems reduce NOx emissions using Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). Core components include AdBlue pumps, dosing valves, supply modules, heaters, sensors and injectors (7th injectors). Leading systems are manufactured by Bosch, Continental and Emitec, and are fitted across Euro 6 Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco vehicles. Failure of any SCR component results in derate, warning lights and eventual limp mode.
