NOx Sensor Parts

NOx sensors are a critical closed-loop component of Euro 6 SCR emissions systems. They measure nitrogen oxide levels before and after aftertreatment, allowing the ECU to control AdBlue dosing, regeneration strategy and engine protection. Leading OE manufacturers include Vitesco Technologies (formerly Continental Powertrain), Bosch and Continental, whose sensors are factory-fitted across Volvo, DAF, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks and Iveco platforms. NOx sensor failure is one of the most common causes of engine derate and limp mode on modern HGVs.
