Forged with high quality carbon steel for strength and durability. Our raw material is sourced from a single steel mill with strict quality compliance certification process.

Head Profile

We machine our S camshaft head for enhanced fit along the curvature to provide consistent brake performance through its entire movement range.

Heat Treatment

We apply a heat treatment to head and spine for improved wear life. The camshaft splines have a Rockwell hardness level of 40-50 HRC.

Spline

Our camshaft spline is rolled (as opposed to milled) for increased durability by preserving the metal integrity. Our spline profile strictly adheres to the ANSI B92.1 standard to ensure a perfect fit with the slack adjusters and prevent slippage.
